The Software Support Coordinator is responsible for insuring that customer support issues are captured, routed to the appropriate resources and resolved in a timely matter. The Software Support Coordinator serves as the first level of communication between the Support department and HarrisData Customers. The Software Support Coordinator position is one which encourages new ideas and thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Development, Sales/Marketing, and Administrative departments to create new ways to make HarrisData customers feel special. The Software Support Coordinator is also expected to learn how HarrisData applications work, with the goal of moving into a Support Analyst, Implementation Consultant or Pre-Sales role upon demonstrating competency.

Required Education: Associate Degree

Required Experience:

  • Basic Computer Skills 1 year
